The open house in Rogers, AR is a joke. Drove 30 minutes to this location and was informed I had to sign up for a membership to use the free services.
you are REQUIRED to listen to a half hour sales pitch for every single item & service they sell before you can tan. it was worse than buying a used car. i thought she would never shut her mouth.
I went in with a free service coupon just hoping to give Glo a try, but the experience quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch. Even after I said multiple times that I wanted to experience the service first and think about membership later, they kept pushing me to sign up on the spot. Instead of feeling welcomed, I left uncomfortable and guilty for not committing right away.
