Wonderful customer service! This place has all the bells and whistles. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!
I live in the Kansas City area however I was visiting a friend in the Bentonville area and came to the Glo in Rogers during my stay. I was beyond thrilled with the level of knowledge of the staff, the friendliness of EVERY EMPLOYEE & also the cleanliness of the salon etc. I can’t rave enough. They give robes if you choose to enjoy more than one service which I love. They strive to know you by first name and to me that’s important. Give it time! Below is my initial review. Glo didn't start out warm and friendly for me, but I have to say I think the staff has really evolved and maybe I have gotten more comfortable just asking questions. It took a month or two but all and all it's a great place. And crazily by chronic back issues are so much better with use of red light and the skin wellness (ie. steam cocoon). Staff never welcomes me or says anything like bye or thank u when I leave super weird. I hear them acknowledging other people tho, just not very friendly and the girls make me feel like I shouldn’t be there
Beautiful setting, great beds, but the employees are really unfriendly and make me feel like a moron asking their advice. It's always chaotic and a wait even though I go at the off times. My girls go to PBT and even going there to sign for one of them was a way friendlier and more welcoming experience. Glo does have more red light, etc. however which is a bonus. A more welcoming atmosphere is lacking; hoping they work though this.
