Horrible manager. Horrible Staff. Great booths and skin wellness, but as far as employment there goes it is the worst! I got burnt in the beds a few weeks ago and the manager denied that glo had done that to me after it’s already been proven. The girls who work there don’t really care about you they only care about their commission and selling products that are actually HORRIBLE for you and your skin. I’ve been tanning since the 80s throughout NY, NJ and now Texas. Glo is by far the nicest salon I’ve been to, in terms of cleanliness, quality beds/booths and wonderful staff. The only downside is that every room doesn’t provide a stool or bench and for someone over the age of 50, having something to sit on while dressing is really helpful! The staff is so consistently great! 10x better than Prosper. I will drive out of my way to come here!
This place was terrible. No help what so ever, the staff had no clue what they were doing. Too busy trying to sell memberships rather than actually assisting customers. Machines were broken and took over 20 minutes to get help and get into another room. I would never go back to this place if someone paid me to. I do not recommend at all. Go to any other tanning place in the area, there is plenty more who might care more.
Just signed up Monday and couldn't be happier! Salon is clean and beds are amazing! Brandy has excellent customer service skills and very informative on everything from plans to equipment and products. I really appreciate that she is knowledgeable but not pushy with sales. You can't beat the pricing either!
