This place was terrible. No help what so ever, the staff had no clue what they were doing. Too busy trying to sell memberships rather than actually assisting customers. Machines were broken and took over 20 minutes to get help and get into another room. I would never go back to this place if someone paid me to. I do not recommend at all. Go to any other tanning place in the area, there is plenty more who might care more.
Just signed up Monday and couldn't be happier! Salon is clean and beds are amazing! Brandy has excellent customer service skills and very informative on everything from plans to equipment and products. I really appreciate that she is knowledgeable but not pushy with sales. You can't beat the pricing either!
I received an email for mothers day free services , drove 40 min. total for nothing because they were still in construction place… I got this specifically from this location. another experience, due to prosper location being ridiculous in refusing a coupon , this location had NO issues for redeeming it . Super sweet ladies today that made my day effortless and relaxing today! <3
I absolutely love this place! The whole experience is always amazing, and you have to ask for Ashley and Ari — they’re so knowledgeable, friendly, and make every visit feel special. Highly recommend!
