This place is amazing!! I love the services offered. I also have been using their specific products that are showing to enhance my results. The monthly plans are very affordable and worth the $! They overcharged me and made it impossible to get a refund. Made me jump through multiple hoops that would have required hours of work. This a poor business practice and taking advantage of clients who pay your business.
Horrible manager. Horrible Staff. Great booths and skin wellness, but as far as employment there goes it is the worst! I got burnt in the beds a few weeks ago and the manager denied that glo had done that to me after it’s already been proven. The girls who work there don’t really care about you they only care about their commission and selling products that are actually HORRIBLE for you and your skin. I’ve been tanning since the 80s throughout NY, NJ and now Texas. Glo is by far the nicest salon I’ve been to, in terms of cleanliness, quality beds/booths and wonderful staff. The only downside is that every room doesn’t provide a stool or bench and for someone over the age of 50, having something to sit on while dressing is really helpful! Even for a surface to put belongings on. I’m a born NYC lady, my opinion is part of my genetic makeup, doesn’t at all mean that I won’t be a regular.
