Great value in a time when value for the money seems to have diminished. This is a great investment in yourself- the spa like, weight management and skin wellness programs are included in the cost of a monthly membership. The relaxation results, along with muscle recovery are so worth it! I highly recommend this business.

After I shared feedback about feeling pressured after saying no several times, the manager contacted me directly, apologized for the experience, placed a note on my account requesting that I not be asked about it anymore, and provided a small credit as a goodwill gesture.
