Most convenient tanning salon in town to get to, every where I go there seems to be one close! The beds are super nice and the staff always helps me out!!
Horrible customer service at this salon when a customer has an issue with their services. Not only was the "manager" rude and argumentative when I called to address my issue she was unable to offer a solution to rectify my complaint. When i asked to speak to the owner I was told that the owner does not deal with customers; that he leaves customer service issues to the managers. The "owner" doesn't handle customer problems. He leaves that to the undertrained, "cute" female staff members that he "trains to handle customer issues". DO NOT DO AUTO DRAFT because even if you call to check status to make sure that nothing is drafted out - they will still draft if you have your card on file. I called and was told my "freeze" was in place (by one of the staff members who was trained so diligently by the "owner") then low and behold the money was drafted out of my account. This place is amazing! They are always running specials, all 5 locations are super clean, the staff knows everything about the products, and they don't have long contracts! The prices are so low, it's almost like they are giving beauty away for free! If you're looking for color, and don't have a lot of time to spend, Sandy Beaches Tanning Spa is where you need to go!
