Worst spray tan ever!!! Completely uneven and patchy! Stay far far away!
What a horrible company! Don't go there, they are crooks. This is my story. I wanted to try Red Light therapy for pain, so I went to Glo tanning and asked for a session. They pushed me to do the membership saying it's less expensive than paying for a session, then pushed me to buy supposedly necessary products to use before and after the red light therapy, I just bought one. I've been tanning here for the past 2 1/2 years and have never had any problems!! By far my favorite tanning salon! Very friendly employees, great beds, great lotions, and great prices!
Well this is my first time tanning at your stores in norman ok. Every time I come in I have to wait 20 min because the bed I use I guess the lowest one they only have 2 of .when I asked why they told me I should pay more money to use another bed for the day .to me I don't understand why in the plan another option in case s like this can be used .I'm assuming they just want more money so I guess after my 2wks left here I will go to at the beach where more beds are available and I don't feel like their just after my money and ... read more
I absolutely love glo! I was a VIP member at Revive when they started their"remodel" and when they turned into a glo. I am pretty stubborn when it comes to change so I was a little bit unhappy when I realized I was going to have to change. But, my nervousness was immediately put to rest the first time I walked into the glo on mission and crossover. So disappointed in my recent exerience with Glo Tanning on Citizens Drive in Fayetteville. They misrepresented their packages and terms of agreement.
Wonderful tanning beds, but customer service is awful. Every time I go in to tan most of the girls come off as unfriendly and snobby. The process to cancel your membership is ridiculous also. I feel like they try to find a way to get money from you in every way possible.
Great place great people.Would not g0 anywhere else for my tanning.
Love love love glo! I'm from Dallas and have been to multiple different salons down there and never have I ever been to a salon as clean and friendly as glo! they are so helpful with everything and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best results guided by the best customer service for such a great price! Never going to another salon again!
