The salon is so nice & clean and the girls were very knowledgeable and kind. McKenna took care of me and she was fantastic!
Machines break too often especially, the skin wellness. Stopped in the last 2 days for solely for that machine, and found out it will be out of commission for 1-2 more weeks! Inconsistent with the rules, probably because the place always has new girls working. Damn near impossible to cancel your membership be aware! You have to call a “corporate number” someone answers in the Philippians. Review gets 2 stars because it’s always very clean, looks nice inside, and modern machines. I just started going here and I love it so much, it’s really like a mini spa day if you do the unlimited package. All the girls are helpful, but I was in last night and Bailey was AMAZING - she was so sweet, bubbly, engaging, and just provided really top tier customer service. It was so busy, right before closing time, and she handled it effortlessly with a smile on her face.
I went the this Glo tanning and was introduced to the most helpful employee ever! Her name is Alyssa and she set me up for the best tanning experience. I also had concerns with my account, which she totally took care of and ensured me I was gtg moving forward! Hands down great place, clean and professional!
