My wife had such a great experience at this Glo. Gracie was so helpful to her and made her day by explaining to her all that glow offers and helping her start her membership and recommending a few lotions to her.
came in to redeem a free spray tan and the woman asked if i’d like to open an account. i was curious on how much it would be and she let me know my free spray tan coupon could take money off the sign up fees, etc. i decided not to open an account, then she led me to believe that i wasn’t actually getting a *free* spray tan, that i was taking money off of the service. i accepted the charge (stupid of me thinking back but i needed the tan at that time), then a few weeks later my phone notifies me that a $76 charge is trying to... read more
The ladies here are always so nice, even when the computers are giving them problems. They always know the exact bed I go into and they know my name when I am coming into the salon. The salon is very clean and the girls working are always professional and caring. I have always loved this location specifically and look forward to coming back!
I use to have a great experience with this place but it unfortunately has gone down hill. It's not just at one location. I just was at the moore location guess there system kept freezing up and instead of everyone trying to help get customers checked in before it froze up again they were behind the desk chewing their gum playing on their phone. If I could give no star I definitely would have. TO EVERYONE THAT TANS AT GLO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS I have been going here since MARCH of 2022 and they have been over charging my account every month since. When I noticed it I called and was told they had a “glitch” in there system and would credit $20 to my glo account for the inconvenience, mind you that doesn’t even buy a face lotion.
