Please applaud these ladies for going above and beyond. I walked in and was asked how was my day, not to mention the complements, I informed them I just left my bff viewing. I came out of tanning only for them to make me ball my eyes out! Can I just say I wish there were more humans like this! These two ladies were simply awesome
The Norman West location is by far my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions! Olivia always has a smile and knows her customers!
I love the facility but their customer service is lacking! Not enough staff working the front to take care of customers. I have been left up front because I was forgotten and today I was left waiting for over 20min while others were walking in and put in beds because the girl that checked me in was to busy checking people in but not taking care of the customers she had checked in already! 5 star experience every time I am helped by Kalin tanning specialist. She is so kind, educated on services and products, speedy and personable during my visit. I have been a member of Glo tanning since 2013. My sister and I are both 12 year Glo tanning alumni and she always ensures our tanning needs are met. We Love KALIN!!! Thank you!
