This place was great and Rachel was amazing! Thanks for making my first visit great!
I’m so disappointed in the decline of this location. Staff turnover is common so no one ever knows how to run things. The massage chairs have been broken for months. The spray tan solution is low quality. But today I finally cancelled my membership when someone was walking around with their little DOG, including into the service rooms. It did not have a service vest on but even if it did, it shouldn’t be allowed in. It was so great when it first opened, I hope they can get back to that.
