I really enjoy coming to the casa Linda location. The experience is always lovely. I think out of several locations I have been to this location is always my preferred. It makes a difference when the staff is very friendly. Lily is always attentive and professional. She is always smiling and ready to help no matter how many clients are waiting. It’s really the only location I prefer to use. Staff makes all the difference.
Went in yesterday with two friends, it started good at first but the lady working in the front was extremely rude, and just seemed inpatient with us. We treated her with respect and kindness, but she was clearly wanting us to wrap it up and leave. It was not the first time I had heard about her being rude to customers, so in a way I was expecting it. Other than that the tanning service was great and it’s pretty even all over our body’s.
Lauren is amazing!!!! She went above and beyond. Even at closing time she did everything to make me feel comfortable and not rushed.
