The girl today was so concerned with upselling me she totally got what I was asking wrong, I have never spent so little in a bed (4min) when she told me she would put 7 min and she told me to do sensitive when I usually put intense. I feel like I just wasted a credit but not only that but I want to go right back and do another one because I’m not tan. What a waste of time trying to upsell while the line piles up. Makes me want to cancel really

Anna was seriously amazing! From the moment I walked in she was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience. You can tell she loves what she does. The salon was super clean and the vibes were great, I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
theres no phone number for each location. you cant even get a real person on the phone if you call the number provided. holiday hours are not on the website. cant get a hold of any one on the phones it’s automated that just says check the website. but when i need to know isnt even on the website. useless wish they have a phone number for each location. and they’re charging me for my membership & an extra $5 (frozen fee) cant get a hold of anyone to cancel it.
Cute little salon but the upselling is overkill. Like no I don't have time for this, I don't need 15 additional products and explanations on all of them ugh.
