Oh my god. They need to take NO as an answer when they harass u about memberships etc. it’s ridiculous! I should’ve just left after the 5th “no thank you” i told the girl. I don’t know who runs this place but wow please reevaluate your company and logic. So pushy!
Not sure what happened with the staff but these new employees that the have hired have no idea what’s going on, I’m waiting on a bed and two other gentlemen and a lady come in and she puts them in the bed and goes oh I put them in first I have to wait when I checked in first and the. got an attitude with me very unprofessional. Really wish it would go back to the old staff
I went in with a coupon, I was verified thru my license that I actually live in Loxahatchee. I felt like they needed my finger prints after they took my picture. It was an up sell from the get go. It'll take more then 1 session to benefit from the tan, you need lotion, eye wear, have all this. I told the lady, I've got more tan on my arm then your entire body, why only 10 minutes?
