Rude on phone but back paddles in person
I signed up for a six month cryotherapy session + other services, started in December and ended in June and by then all of my extra services had ended-after the first month (I wasn’t aware and I think it depends on who you are to be able to keep what you’ve paid for) and they had gotten a new Cryo machine that required me to buy headwear to utilize. RecommendedI go to the Glenloch location and love it!!! They have great customer service and the Manager, Natalie, is fantastic at her job, very welcoming and accommodating! I have the Luxury Spa Membership but really just use the spa services and only tan maybe once or twice a month. RecommendedFriendly and helpful staff. High-end Spa services for a great price. Very clean and relaxing. The Halo treatment helps knock out my sinus congestion that I’ve been given by this always changing Texas weather. My favorite is the Wellness Cocoon, where I can burn off calories while I just lay there listening to something on my iPhone !
