Great over all experience! Mina was great and did a wonderful job on my toes and my pedicure and massage was outstanding. Tia did amazing on my finger nails!! I gave her a random design and she went for it and it came out beautiful 🤩. Like stunning!! I’m totally impressed!
I have been many times. The reply was very condescending and weird. I do not care about $40 but I do care about how I’m TREATED as a repeat customer. Money hungry and predatory will never get you far. I did not cancel I asked to reschedule as I was traveling and my flight was delayed. If you as a business owner want to lose out on business over $40 that’s telling.
I’ve never experienced service this bad!! Tia was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for a while, and it’s been a total waste of money and energy. If you’re expecting quality service, attention to detail, and professional treatment, this is not the place. Absolutely disappointing and such a shame!
