I forgot to change my review, but I'm gonna do it now to warn potential customers. Tatyana didn't know how to work with Thin/Dyed Slavic hair. She burned my mom's hair; She was also using PLASTIC BOTTLE for mom's hair perm, which was EXTREMELY UNSAFE. She damaged my hair even more during haircut/styling. Without drying my hair properly she used hair straighteners. It took a lot of effort, time and money to recover our hair. Had been going here for 10 years and more often than not have felt like a second class citizen. I know that the owner works her heart out and has amazing energy, but she also spreads herself thin —and when she is busy or with Spanish speaking clientele — she makes me feel invisible which happens more often than not. К сожалению, у меня тоже получился неудачный опыт с Татьяной. Мой блонд получился совсем не такой как я хотела и показывала. На мою просьбу исправить как то цвет моих волос никакого ответа я не получила. Очень сожалею, что повелась на рекламу из ФБ.
