I started to work with Jeremiah on 12/5/2023 on my ADU project. I paid 30% ahead and was waiting for my floor plan so we can start with the permitting process. Well, the designer didn't spoke ANY English , so she showed up with 2 additional people who translated for her. After waiting 6 week for the Floorplan, I received something what was not even close to what we agreed on.
