Went in for a 1-2 inch cut in my bob . The left side looks great but the front right side is shorter and my cut is uneven . Currently getting my husband to even it out ! Pray for me :(

Poor customer service skills from not only staff but also the owner. The owner is unable to retain staff, there’s always different staff. I walked in and patiently waited for almost an hour and left due to no customer service. Not one employee addressed me or provided any customer service. I noticed a baseball bat lying on the floor on the side of the desk. A sign that stated credit cards/debits cards were not accepted. Only form of payments accepted are cash, cash app or Zelle. I was very disappointed in my service , I was a walk in so I did have to wait which I had no problem doing I wanted a SILK PRESS and the lady told me it would be 79$ because I had a lot of hair so I’m like okay so they washed and blow dried my hair which was cool okay fine so I get in the chair she’s about to flat iron my hair I’m like how much for a trim she’s like 10$ for trim I’m like ???
