I went to have a broke latch replaced on my diamond and gold necklace and they stole my necklace by replacing it with a less expensive necklace.
Please don’t buy any jewelry from this place. All metals and diamonds is cheap and you can’t sell it. They are not selling real solid gold!
This place tried to fool me..I had ask them to replace the glass crystal in my watch and they replaced it with a plexi glass that came apart...I wouldn't recommend this place..beware of the service that is given to you..double check your product when having repairs
