I had been looking forward to going to a beauty salon for the first time in years. I had it marked on my 3 different calendars. You could have made an old woman feel pretty. Instead you told me my hair would break because it had highlights from at least 2 years ago. I was devastated and embarrassed in front of two other women. You could have made me feel good about myself but instead I'm just a looser.
