A plumbing issue resulted in a flood that involved my carpeted master bath and bed room. After repairing it I reached out to Glitz Tile and More. Omar Abdul responded that same night and began the process of removing the wet carpet, installing tile in the bath room and replacing the carpet in the bed room. The project was done with skill and speed under his direction. Five days later my newly tiled bath and newly carpeted bed room was done.
This company claims to have a 10 year warranty on their product which they don't stand by. I spoke with the person ( no names) about my steps being cracked and broken and coming apart also the base board is completely coming apart. He said he would send somebody out to refix them ( no show). I spoke with him again he told me I can do it myself. And It has been over 6 months and still my steps are incomplete and the base board. I have spent a lot of money in trying to redo my space I call home to have someone complete disrega... read more
