Ruined my wedding day hair. I been going here to get Trims for over a year so why not get my wedding hair done here. Boy it went straight to hell. I wanted to share my experience because, unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with how the situation was handled. On Friday, I called and asked if any stylist was available to do butt-length soft locs. The owner told me they were able to do the style, and when I asked about the price, I was quoted between $160–$185. I tried to give this place a chance since I’ve been looking for a new braider and getting my lashes done. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was very unprofessional. I called the number advertised on Instagram on Tuesday to book an appointment. I introduced myself politely and explained what services I was interested in.
