Very rude, judgemental, and unprofessional people. Give them a pass. As for the comment below, I tried at least four times to get an appointment, including visiting the building and talking to a woman who barely spoke to me and I'm pretty sure didn't bother to write down my number, no one ever called, no one responded on facebook despite two messages, and no one answered the phone twice.
