Jessica is very professional and continued to check in with me to make sure it was something I wanted/liked. The few small things I noted she fixed so I wouldn't hyper-focus on them. Very kind and personalable. Highly recommend!
Been trying for 3 weeks to get in.. Had a gal answer 3 weeks ago and tell me she'd have a tech get back to me about setting up an appointment that far in advance. She never called. Waited a week and called back, was told to call back again to set up an appointment, as if I couldn't then while I was ALREADY RINGING THEM.
