Owner is amazing, very friendly and a good man to talk to. I bought a watch from him, and he's not the kind of guy to pressure you into making a purchase but will work with you and make a deal worthwhile. All in all, I'd go back to him any day of the week. He also had a watch case back repaired for me, it came back wonderfully and the price was more than fair. If I could give a minus 1 star I would. First off the customer service was terrible. He treats you like he’s the most knowledgeable person in the jewelry industry and you don’t know anything. Also, don’t buy an item as a gift if you’re looking to return it and get something else as there’s no refunds and 10 day exchange policy up to his discretion by the way!!! Hard to find a place to change watch batteries these days, had it done here twice. Service is prompt and professional. Prices are good value compared to chain stores. Will also do custom work. The place to go for quality jewelry and repairs.
Gave me a great price and fixed two of my watches. 10/10
