First time in and it was positive. My 12 yr old had a very elaborate (and unreasonable) request. They said they could do some of the designs, but some of them were out of their skill level. My daughter understood, and they worked together to compromise on some of the designs. I just got my nails done last Saturday 3/21/26 I got a fill in and I wanted to change colors I couldn’t do that so I was told I had to keep what I had so I settled so I wanted a color match they didn’t have it cool I get that different nail salons different colors so I told them okay just a fill in with whatever color they had they processed to file off my design and when they started I said wait your gonna replace that right she said yeah no problem well the guy comes to finish up my nails and they quote me 50 for a fill in... read more
