I went here 3 times….the first time was great but it’s gone downhill since and my last visit was the last when the male giving me a manicure asked if I had kids… when I an almost 50-year-old female said I had none, he asked how many I wanted when I started having kids. NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SUCH A HORRIBLE NAIL SHOP IT STARTED OFF GOOD. MARY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET WHEN I GOT MY FEET DIDN'T IT WAS LIKE A child did it she added the wrong color Then the owner started to talk shit like it was okay and though she was going to be rough taken off the gel ABSOLUTELY NOT THEY SHOULDN'T BE OPEN WITH THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE i HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT COMING HERE
I went in for a new set of nails, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The technician didn’t listen to my requests and ended up giving me a fill instead of starting fresh like I asked. As a result, my nails have patches where the acrylic doesn’t cover properly, and it looks nothing like the inspiration picture I provided. When I brought it up, the technician said it was my fault for not coming in with bare nails, but that shouldn’t have mattered since they didn’t even do what I asked for in the first place.
