EDIT: I stand by my perception on quality - however the owner is an extremely sweet person, who offered me a redo on my experience. This customer service alone is commendable - so raising my review by a star. Had high hopes for this place, given the extensive intake form and their acknowledgment of the gut-health + acne link, but this was unfortunately one of the least effective facials I have ever gotten. Lydia is amazing!!! I always feel so relaxed after getting a facial with her and my skin always looks/feels incredible after!
