Sub par job, owner is incapable of admitting any faults. First, let me say that the person who was sent out to do the work was friendly and did try his best. From first call to final communication this was an unpleasant experience. When I called in, I informed them that I had a thick wool rug that had not been cleaned in over a year and had pets laying on it. I told them that it simply needed to be cleaned - I was not expecting any stain removal or other high end work (I would have cleaned it my self but, due to its thicknes... read more

The young man was very professional! He called and asked if he could come early, which is great cuz who wants to wait lol His van looked questionable but I’m assuming they are a small business just doing their best. He did the job with quality and care of detail. I will definitely hire them again.
