I went to a stand up paddleboarding and yoga activity here and had a great time. It was my first time doing stand up paddleboarding and everyone was friendly and helpful showing me what to do. (I still fell off the board lol). Doing yoga on a stand up paddleboard is very challenging, even if you're a seasoned yogi. That said, it's a fun and unique experience and worth trying. Staff was very friendly, helpful and encouraging.
It's a nice place in the woods on the lake enjoyed by anyone who enjoys the great outdoors
Glisten is amazing! It’s my “happy place” The lake is beautiful with a lot of fun areas on land but the real reason you’re there is the water. The yoga classes are phenomenal- it’s such a fun challenge to be on a paddleboard. Maura’s classes are so inviting and really tailored to the vibes of the group that day or something that resonated, it’s very organic and wonderful. You can also just go paddle boarding and enjoy the hammocks. Just being there on the lake in nature, it’s a gift to yourself
Glisten is an amazing location. It’s beautiful and the owner is so lovely. We had such a great time!
