They will be happy to take your money and do the work, but they fail to adequately communicate and provide ongoing support despite the product’s warranty requiring they check it annually. For what I paid, the service is less than stellar.

Fantastic work. Recommend highly.
We brought in our (almost) new Volvo XC90. We had a few decals removed from the doors which left some swirl marks, and there were a few minor scratches from previous wear/tear and transportation. Glisten Detailing fixed these items and applied the CeramicPro, and the car looks absolutely stunning. The black paint now looks so deep and rich!! Also, the quality of Glisten’s work is very apparent... everything looks absolutely pristine... I don’t know if the car looked this good coming off the show floor! Thank you, Glisten!
Glisten rocks. These guys are super nice and helpful. They put their heart into their work and take pride in the final product. Can not recommend them enough. If you have a half decent car consider ceramic coating. The stuff works like magic. Update: after the 3rd car is now done, I can honestly say I stand by every word in my initial review. These guys rock. Truly enjoyed getting to know each and everyone of them.
James and The Who crew are awesome. They pay so much attention to detail it’s insane. They did a full silver package of Ceramic Pro 9H and Suntek window tint. Plus, installed new wheels which got ceramic coated as well. The car turned out unbelievable. Thanks guys!
Finally can leave a full review. Recently bought a ‘17 Camaro SS. Car was a fleet vehicle for GM in Detroit before me. So, the car was ROUGH and that’s an understatement from the people who say it before James and Elliott got their hands on it. The car is absolutely unbelievable when I got it back and people don’t believe it’s the same vehicle that I dropped off. The dedication and passion they put in to their work is bar none.
