Awesome experience! I was able to get both of my kids in same day. From the receptionist to clinical it was a great experience! The optician and optometrist both answered all of my questions throughly. I even had questions after the appointment and they answered all of them quickly. I do not recommend Glimpse Eye Care based on my recent experience. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. First, I was charged an additional fee that was not covered by my insurance, but no one informed me about the extra charge beforehand or asked for my approval. In my experience, if there is an additional charge for a service that insurance does not cover, the patient should be informed in advance and given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. I had an eye exam at Glimpse Eye Care today and had a great experience with Dr Stewart. He showed me images from last year exam and compared them with the new images he explain the difference. I was very pleased he took the time and patience to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything before he continued.I would absolutely recommend him!
Absolutely wonderful place! Everyone is welcoming and kind. We learned more here with Dr Pham than any other optometrist. She was informative, timely and didn’t rush the appointment. They were also amazing with our daughter who’s only 2. This is our spot now.
From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very welcoming. The eye examiner was patient and kind. The eye doctor took her time to go over my diagnosis and what was needed to correct my vision. I never felt rushed. She listened and answered all my questions thoroughly. And she is so down to earth, which is very important to me. I would recommend Glimpse Eyecare to my family and friends.
