Ive sold several homes and this realtor is by far the absolute worst. She cared more about the buyer than looking out for my best interest. It was a small sale, a Mfg home but she has no assistant and went on 2 trips . the buyers realtor said disclosures i signed were sent late. She never provided me with a final settlement amount so i would know if the correct amount was recieved. But Oh Wait.. escrow closed two days ago and I still have no funds.
