It was the worst Lab experience ever never going back to Glidewell after this I requested six veneers to be made for a patient. One of them didn’t seat well, so I requested a remake after speaking with them they promised a no charge for the remake, and gave me a date according to their normal processing time, including the ship date. Obviously, the Veneer did not get shipped on that date when we called to chase the Veneer. We were told that it was with quality control and it take another week to be shipped.
