Sent us the wrong case back. It was an anterior tooth implant case, but they sent us a POSTERIOR case. Such an obvious mistake and so easily avoidable. We sent it back and asked for it to rushed, only for it to be DELAYED even more. So disappointed in Glidewell. Rep did not even offer any kind of price adjustment.
I am a 73 yo dentist. I just delivered a lower case frame partial. Four clasps and six rests on two posterior and four premolars. My assistant did the digital scan. It had printed 3D models. It fell into place perfectly. I only adjusted the bite a little. No frame try in. I am shocked. I always have had to spend 15-30 minutes adjusting acrylic undercuts and the bite to get a partial like this seated. It was a beautiful thing. Taking taking and taking 3 month with a case and they don’t know what to do, tree time I asked if they are able to do it, they said yes butttttttttttttttt no results Digital impression Convencional impressions I summit information and parts This is a joke lab For sure they will hear from me soon After 33 years practice dentistry I never see a lab so irresponsible and with the worse results Bunch of BS , perfect answer by phone and not results
