Customer service so bad the employees homewreck
they do not read prescription. they are just mindlessly doing stuff and completely oblivious to details.
Poor quality & they keep delaying for case delivery with so many reasons & poor customer services! They said they will call back but they NEVER did.
Ali from DTP is the best! We spent about 40 minutes planning a complex all-on-x treatment, and I was thoroughly impressed. He sounded like a super GP—clear, knowledgeable, and confident. Ali explained every step and recommendation calmly and professionally, making the whole process easy to understand. Highly recommend him for advanced treatment planning! Wish we could give 6/5 stars!
