Told them that I was almost out of fuel on a Friday. They told me they couldn't be there till Monday. Monday came and went no fuel called them they say oh you're on the schedule for Wednesday. No help, thanks a lot.

We've used glider oil for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately their service tech must have been having a bad day when he came. Unfriendly, irritated, acted like it was a problem to be there when glider was the one that called us and asked to come check tanks. Very disappointed. Never an issue before.

No problems with these people and have been with them for many years. Drivers are always professional, friendly and respectful of my property. Trucks are clean and appear to be well maintained. When ever I have called the office I am treated like they are happy and appreciative of my being a customer!

In my opinion, service was fine. The invoices were always paid by me on the day of delivery. We decided to go to a different company as the price per gallon was $ .30 cheaper. Couldn't believe we were charged $ 125.00 termination fee! I can understand the restocking fee of $ 35.00, but not a termination fee.
