Glider came thru for me when suburban propane let me down. They gave me a great price for my propane and the tech who came to change over my tanks, went above and beyond getting things hooked up. They changed my tanks over when the other business was going to charge me $300 to do the same thing. I’m very impressed with glider and I hope this continues. I have never had a problem with this company they've been great I switched from another company last year and I have had no trouble with them they are fantastic the women in the office up there is so nice
When I called to inquire about the current price of home heating oil. The woman I was speaking to hung up on me becuase I wasn’t a current customer.they said they are not taking on any new customers. Out all of the companies that I’ve spoken to in this area. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received.
Awesome I can wait till I'm almost out of fuel or I can get charged for an "early delivery". Why; so when it gets colder I can get charged for an emergency!!!!! Thanks much appreciated. Glad you're using your heads there at glider. Bravo 👏🏽
