absolutely terrible experience. definitely would make the trip to lanes yamaha or anywhere really over them. took a carb for a clean and rebuild. took them 2 and a half months to do and they never gave me a simple call to say it was complete. I get home and realize they never gave back the carb boot and they say "we will see what we can do for you". terrible service and would stay away.
Buyer beware, I will never buy from here again, bought a brand new four wheeler, has major issues with the front drive of the 4 wheel drive confirmed by their own mechanic and they will not do anything to make it right. This place does NOT back the products they sell.
I couldn't of asked for an easier experience...Dave and Ryan treated me like a person,not a sale...i felt very comfortable spending my money with them. Every time I go i go in there,they meet me with a smile and handshake!!! I go out of my way to get these guys to do my servicing, parts,info... I recommend Glider City to all my friends for sales and servicing...big thanks for making the experience a great one!!
Good people but lie and keep putting the problem off will not go there again 6th gear and lanes yamaha is the place I will be sticking to they said parts would be in withing 5 days and I waited almost 2 weeks and they kept lieing about when my parts would be in and giving me different dates
