The billing system is horrible. Never can get an infinitive answer The only thing I am hearing is a glitch in the system.I never can receive a call back from the corporate office.CUSTOMER SERVICE / CORPORATE INTERACTION WITH THE CUSTOMER *****.

While the car wash works well, the other day, my trim around my windshield was torn off. Cant get management to return calls to rectify. I cant find a number to corporate office either.

This company is bad news. I had my car washed two days ago in ***********. They ALLOWED an SUV in the line behind which was 2 inches from the bumper and he nearly hit my car. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said he was out of town and started telling protocol junk at me, even though I eas upset because car had almost been hit! STAY AWAY! these people are bad ****. There is also no phone number to call the corporate office.

Rude employees . A young lady came out to take the incident report and she was extremely rude to me she did not care to give me any information and she acted like I was wasting her time . My truck was damaged and they dont care I would like for them to pay for the damages and Im not able to get much information this is ridiculous. Manager ******* 11/8/22

The employees are very rude, especially the management. I originally purchased a membership, and one day I came to get my car washed. I was taking my time through the drive through and one of the women came out of the offices yelling at me and motioning for me to move faster through the lane. I understand I was moving too slow, but to be disrespected and forced to move was my last straw with this car wash. Management did not want to speak with me about the disrespect.
