Dr. Lily is an exceptional professional. She helped me with a shoulder problem that rendered my arm useless. She helped with the pain and better understand what was happening and how to prevent it in the future. After a few visits, not only was my arm mobile, but it was also 90% healed. With adding simple at home exercises, I was at 100% in no time. I highly recommend Glide.

I can’t say enough great things about Glide Chiropractic! After just a few visits, I can now turn my head to the leff, something I haven’t been able to do comfortably in a long time. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall mobility, and I feel so much more free in my body. On top of that, I’m sleeping better than I have in years. I cannot start to talk about how great this place is. It was very easy to make an appointment online. You’ll feel at home the moment you walk in, greeted by the welcoming office manager Ashlyn. It is clear that they are very busy as all of their appointments were booked for the next couple of weeks when I wanted to book. I am a RN that has never been, or considered going to a Chiropractic provider. Dr. Lily was recommended to me by other members of my gym.
