I can’t say enough great things about Glide Chiropractic Care and Dr. Lily. I came in with ongoing shoulder issues and she’s made a real difference. Dr. Lily is the best! When I started with her I had a back injury and couldnt stand up straight. I looked like an S. She straightened me right out, literally! Even when we were overseas for jobs, when we were in the area I would set up an appointment with her. Now that we're back, I'm back on her schedule regularly! Can't recommend her enough!
I have had posture and flexibility problems I could not articulate for 15 years, and Dr. Lily immediately diagnosed them, and helped me fix them in like 4 weeks. I went to Dr. Lily for chronic knee pain. She quickly identified muscle weakness and balance issues. Her treatments including dry needling, red light therapy, and stem have made huge differences in my overall health and feeling better. Also, her approach to mindful wellness will help anyone.
