I came to glide on the first day with major lower back muscle spasms, and after three weeks of two times a week I am feeling great and now only have to have appointments as needed. Dr Lilly is very personable. Laughs a lot and explains everything to you so that you understand the process because if you don’t understand the process, the process doesn’t work.GREAT A+++
