Stay Away From This Office. I found this office through my insurance provider list. Called and spoke to Judy she reassured me that I found the best Dr for my child and how thorough he is about any questions or concerns I may have and that my child was in good hands. We were scheduled for an assessment told it was a long wait but would worth it for us. We've been trying to get accommodations done. We talked to Judy every week for 4 months and she always says she left a big red note on his desk. The doctor just called my phone and was Super unprofessional. I do not recommend his office at all. Once he gets paid don't expect them to respond.

My son’s doctor sent a referral in Jan. but when I didn’t get a call for his appointment after about 6 weeks I gave Dr. Glidden’s office a call. Judy claimed they never received a referral but stated she can set up an appointment over the phone. I was skeptical of them not receiving it because wouldn’t they need the referral to make an appointment? Then she asked about our insurance and she claimed it was covered. Dr. Glidden and Judy were wonderful. Judy organized our visit with Dr. Glidden and answered all the questions we had prior to the visit. I was pleasantly surprised how well Dr. Glidden interacted with my child as he performed the assessments. What made the encounter even better is the time Dr. Glidden took after the assessment to break it down and answer all the questions we had (and we had a lot of questions). The is an extremely unorganized and unprofessional office. They were paid by our insurance; however, they used incorrect codes and claimed they were not paid in full. They refused to issue the requested report or related medical records in violation of California state law. They insisted it was our job to call the insurance company to get them paid more.
