Dr. Glidden and Judy were wonderful. Judy organized our visit with Dr. Glidden and answered all the questions we had prior to the visit. I was pleasantly surprised how well Dr. Glidden interacted with my child as he performed the assessments. What made the encounter even better is the time Dr. Glidden took after the assessment to break it down and answer all the questions we had (and we had a lot of questions). The is an extremely unorganized and unprofessional office. They were paid by our insurance; however, they used incorrect codes and claimed they were not paid in full. They refused to issue the requested report or related medical records in violation of California state law. They insisted it was our job to call the insurance company to get them paid more. WONDERFUL experience! Finally, after years of struggling to get educated answers, we got them and found help and HOPE! I was referred to Dr. Glidden by a friend who’s son was diagnosed by him. Dr. Glidden is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. He couldn't possibly have made the process of getting diagnosed any easier, any more informative, or professional. I was misdiagnosed until I was 24, had seen a million doctors and I was totally defeated by the time I went to see him. My experience with Dr. Glidden and his staff has been exceptional from day one. On my initial call to his office, I spoke with Judy who treated me with kindness and consideration. As a single mother to a child with special needs, she patiently listened to my desperate cry for help. She was helpful in every way possible. Although I had to be placed on the waitlist, she reassured me that she would reach out should there be a cancellation.
