This doctor recommended electroconvulsive therapy to treat depression in my elderly grandmother, knowing she had a heart condition and had just suffered a stroke. Doesn't take a medical degree to know that's a bad idea - just some common sense and a quick Googling of risks and side effects of ECT. There are too many psychiatrists out there to waste your time and money (and you'll spend a lot of it on this guy) on someone who's so off his game.
