Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did they follow up with you after your appointment? My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
