I phoned about one of my medications. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone. She hung up on me. I called back utilizing the ext # for prescriptions. Carlos answered and said he needed to speak a nurse. The line was then transferred to a recording telling me no one was available and to leave a message. I then hung up in complete disgust. After 20 years with Glick I am now looking for another Dr. The waiting time is AWFUL. A lady (10:00) was called before me (9:30).
