Worst customer experience I have ever had. I have nationwide coverage and they don't have a agent in their building. You get transferred to who knows where. So far I have had 2 hang ups this morning. I have been trying to get information since Monday and it's now Friday. Needless to say I am pissed.
Debbie was the best agent I ever had! She took the time to find me the best insurance for my needs. She is way beyond her years with experience. I would recommend her and the nation wide. Great job, great rate, excellence at its best! 5 stars hands down!!
