We got 2 summers use out of this liner. Recently I noticed 40+ pin prick sized holes along the top above the water line. The company gave us the same ridiculous reasons as another review stated- window glare, unbalanced water, sun damage. None of which are a factor. We are extremely disappointed. Buyer beware- it's a cheap product.

I bought a replacement custom cover from Dohenys, the first cover and the second cover were made by GLI. The first cover fit perfect, the second cover has a 8 ft. defect in the way the cover was made, the cover fits everywhere except this part, but GLI can't figure out how to fix their defect , and they want me to redo all the measurements instead of figuring out where this went wrong in their manufacturing process. I ordered a custom safety cover from Dohenys in June I was assured that it would be an exact match to the first cover I ordered in 2008 (GLI made this cover too) the first cover fit perfect and i gave the exact same dimensions as the first, but the second doesn't fit right it has gaps that let in leaves, other debris GLI and Dohenys are telling me I have to redo AB measurements again? Purchased a new liner after 11 years of owning pool and after a year and half noticed the liner was changing colors. The liner "Gulf Pattern" faded to where you cannot see any pattern anymore at 2 years. After contacting company claim no warranty and that the fading was due to poor pool chemistry. Informed them same person has kept pool up and never had issue until new liner was installed. They said they would offer a deep discount, but continued to claim it was poor pool water chemistry not a defective pool liner.

My liner has weird burnt looking puckering around the skimmer...have had a pool 38 years and never saw anything like it...do NOT buy this cheap liner and there is NO warranty...only factory seams coming loose but they do NOT stand behind their liner...mine was custom made and VERY expensive and still is a mess to be replaced this year 2021. Disgusting

As a pool company owner, I've never dealt with a more disrespectful unreliable unprofessional company. They make too many mistakes and try to make the customers eat their error. Their design team is unreliable at best! They don't stand behind their products, They don't call you back as they promise, And there are plenty of other liner companies out there to choose from. If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I recently had a pool installed with a GLI liner and within a few days the entire pool started to leak. They said they would replace, with a similiar (defective?) liner but would NOT cover the cost of water replacement. ($600) or the LABOR TO RE-INSTALL IT. Customer Service is rude and difficult to deal with. They just want to e-mail you and give you thre run around. Very poor customer service.

Liner has horrible noticeable seams. Make an expensive in ground pool look cheap. Bright white seams from one end of the pool to the other.

I had a brand new GLI Pool liner installed in August. I immediately had wrinkles in my new liner. I got no help from GLI. Steve, their area representative, refused to come to my house when I was home to speak with me. In fact he wrote in his report that the homeowner was a "no show". Lol! I got a call 20 minutes before he showed up and I was out of town for the weekend. He refused to come back to speak with me "live".
