Stayed at the 316hotel in Wichita Ks just to get kicked out because someone smelled smoked. Got charged $500 dollars extra and kicked out of the room. This was all due to me being underage at least that's what the contract said across the top.
I do not know where to begin. I booked my stay through a 3rd party website and tried to do my research before I booked the room. However, the pictures ane review do not match what you get. I can see how the pictures can be misleading, just take a picture of the best room when it was 1st renovated then post the picture. The reviews on the other hand has to be false and doctored. Absolutely zero accountability for the horrible hotel stay I had at the 402 and Omaha! No return phone calls or emails, these people should not be involved in any business of any kind with their customer service.
