Starts off seeming nice till you live here a while and realize they only care about how to office looks! There hasnt been night security in what seems like years. And if there is on the nights there is security its just a dude in a truck that drives around real slow. The last security guy just perved on the residence. Lot Rent goes up 40.00 every year. It doesn't seem like much at first but you quickly climb up to way too expensive and it takes away from your repairs and maintaining that are necessary so you don't lose your home. You pay thousands of dollars to buy a trailer and own it. But the rising rent makes you feel like your not financially safe.
