At this time 5:41 7/5/25 Spanish guy with long hair and glasses got a lil to aggressive with me because I didn't hear him correctly l. That's not a way to treat guess of a tenant

Experience here at the Pavilion has been sub-par. What looks like a “luxury” building in reality is an old dated one with a major staffing issue, rat and mice problem, theft issues in the package room and a constant turn over in the management office. It can take 10-20 min for hot water to come on in the East Side building. Nobody even blinks when you tell them. You can wait months for a work order to be completed. Big improvement since the management got more helpful hands. Renovations are still have place here and there, but at least we get warnings and they are done in timely manner, not after hours. Mail room has more people that handle mail within 24hrs. The laundry room got upgrade, so the machines and dryers are new and clean. No more mold.
