Incompetent management refuses to refund my security deposit because they weren't "aware" I moved out. What a joke. I gave them a notice very far in advance, received an acknowledgement and a Move Out Letter, scheduled my elevator for a move and saw the Super put me down on his calendar, moved out on the last day. Everyone in the building SAW that I moved out. One of the staff even walked in as I was walking out of my apartment so they can't claim they weren't "aware". I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Our experience at The Brittany has been amazing so far. The building is incredibly well kept and the service is next level. There is always security and the staff really takes their jobs seriously. They do a great job of building a community here and making sure residents feel comfortable. Our packages are always logged and stored safely. We are loving the gym and the sauna as well. The laundry rooms are always clean and it's never a challenge trying to find an open machin... read more

This place is a joke they have there parking lot attends smoking weed in front the parking lot like there so cool on top of that they fly in and out of this building not even checking if a car or people walking by is so disgusting the people who live here
