After waiting 2 weeks for an ear infection visit, I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and 20 minutes before, To be told, “we will get to you as fast as we can”. Seems pretty pointless to have a schedule then. Especially when customers who arrived even after my scheduled time where take to be seen before my dog. Clearly some solid managing of the front end is needed. But it’s fine, I’ll take my 3 dogs somewhere that isn’t to busy to see them.

We apologize for your wait, however we are managing our schedule as best we can. We had 7 emergencies at the time of your appointment which caused us to fall behind in our scheduled appointment times. You checked in 40 minutes prior to your appointment time, so yes unfortunately you had to wait. Those pets that were seen prior to your pet were emergencies that must be triaged prior to stable ones. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment at a time that is less busy if you wish.

RecommendedGlenwood Pet Hospital is a wonderful place to have your pets cared for by the doctors and aids! Both Bubba, Drita (dogs) and our Angie (cat) have been hospitalized and cared for for years and we would NEVER think of going elsewhere for their care!
