Absolutely terrible. They have many agents and whoever signs the lease first gets the apartment even when you have the lease in hand. They put their leasing agents against each other and no one knows who has a lease out and who doesn't. You will view an apartment and 5 minutes later it's not available. It's horrific. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS. This has happened to me and also many of my other friends who have applications in and all financials squared away and approved, with the lease in their inbox. The building is run without care these days. Even the plants outside have died and were never replaced. Outdated lighting in hallways that are not bright enough. Noise from streets will keep you awake all night. Front of building is filthy and nobody cleans it up.
Great experience with staff and great properties
My Experience here was great no complaints I wish they would of hired me I did more work then they regular workers did hopefully they’ll call me back 🤷♂️
