I park here for work and I would say I’m fairly satisfied with the staff and parking. I often book through Park whiz and it’s pretty much a breeze. I print out my ticket and give to the attendant when I arrive. I tell them when I’ll be back and give them a tip when I’m back. They always have my car out and ready by the time I say I’ll be back. I am a tenant of Glenwood Management Corporation. For the steep price I pay in rent, I would expect to get good service, or at least for management to care -- even just a little -- about their tenants, but NO. Glenwood is the WORST landlord I've ever had. Absolutely everyone is awful --and every Glenwood building is the same-- because the orders come from head office, but of course tenants aren't allowed to actually speak to the people making the orders/decisions.
