I am a current resident who recently moved to this community in March. Since the first day my family moved in, I have had nothing but issues with the family above me. Her children throw things from the patio, poured urine and other liquids down to my patio and the downstairs neighbors patio. The gentlemen in the office is very nice and helpful I talked to him a few times about a apartment that I'm applying for .
They dont care about their tenants at all and they will not return your deposit.
