I had a truly wonderful experience at Glenwood Gardens Apartments. Their management team is top-notch! Whitney Galindo their multi site property manager and Augie, their maintenance Director are both incredible! They were on absolutely everything the minute I asked them to do something. This is aextremy well run organization, and I would highly recommend them!
I recently had a plumbing issue in my apartment, and I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and professionally the Glenwood Gardens team responded. Auggie the property maintenance supervisor, acted immediately to address the problem and ensured it was escalated to the right team. I started an application for rental with the promise of a month off the rent if I applied within 24 hours, and the application website was broken where the information that was input would not submit. Then the leasing manager says “unfortunately since the application was not completed by the deadline, we won't be able to offer the discounted rate and move-in special should you decide to continue with your application.” This is without verifying whether their website was working.
